You are better off with your dead battery than waiting for these guys to ship your order. They will charge your credit card the day you order. Then get ready for a long hassle trying to get either the battery or your back. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!!!!

It goes like this: first they charge your card, then you call to get a tracking number and they say your charge hasn't cleared. Then you call back to dispute that and they send you a tracking number but they never ask UPS to pick up a battery. Then you call and they say your battery was shipped but was returned to them for some unexplained reason. Then you call to cancel your order and they say your battery is in the mail so they won't refund until they get the battery back. You have to admit they're expert at riding the float on your money. We have changed the entire process, and have your orders in stock, and many times are shipping and providing tracking #'s the VERY same day we receive the order. Batteriesareus.com still continues to do business in this the same manner. It's been almost a month, and my Optima battery has still not shipped. No response to any of my inqueries - until I notified them that I was disputing the credit charge. Instead of crediting back my card as I requested, they suddenly submitted billing info to UPS- but still have not actually shipped my package. Unbelievable. Do business with them at your own peril.
